1. Even before entering the gym, start researching and planning. To develop a routine exercise far more effective, you need to know how the muscles and the best ways to increase your muscle mass.

If you do not spend some time researching you'll find that you are training for weeks and instead of gaining muscle mass, you're losing weight. Develop a program that meets your training, your diet and your sleep.




2. Get into the habit of eating properly. As a bodybuilder, you must increase the amount of food you consume. Protein is essential for building muscles, but it is all you need. You can not add burgers to your diet and believe that your body will be able to work the way you want.


Instead, choose the correct forms of protein, complex carbohydrates and do not forget the essential nutrition you can get from eating fruits and vegetables. A carefully planned diet well balanced and will give your body the power to work better.

3. When you develop your routine, be sure to focus on developing all your muscles. Too many beginners focus all their training on increasing the biceps and get good abs. Do not neglect the lower body.

4. Remember to rest. You can not rush your results by train very hard or stay in for several hours. 

If you do not give your muscles a chance to rest, you'll never see grow. Too much work simply cause damage, which will slow your progress even more. 

To see results faster, train smarter rather than train harder. You will start seeing results within weeks.

5. Watch the way as you do the exercises. This can be difficult for beginners, whose body has not been adequately trained. Study bodybuilding books, practice in front of the mirror and find a coach when you start first. Learn to do the movements correctly. 

If you're tired and unable to maintain the correct way, stop for the day. It will take time, but it is much easier to learn the moves in the right way to spend time correcting your mistakes.
