My friends and I are fan of harry potter and twilight movie series. So, whenever we saw one of the movie from the series, few of my friend often ask "How can I lose face fat and make my jaw line like Robert Pattinson or Daniel Radcliffe"?

The only answer I have is Patience!

Because losing fat from specific body part is complicated task, however, on the internet there are some tips and tricks through you can reduce fat from some body parts.

One thing my friend noticed is that there is no proper guide on how a chubby person can reduce face fat and make their jawline more sharper.

So, my friend suggest me to wrote a complete guide on this because I helped one of my friend to lose body fat as well as face fat in 6 month.

These issues are drinking too much alcohol and eating too much salty.

There is a lot of research on how hormones tend to store and release fat in different areas.

5 Best Exercises to Lose Face Fat

Before seeing the actual exercises for losing face fat, I want to clear one thing that sometimes this exercises won't work or work slowly because you're not taking care of above points. 

When it comes to reduce weight and over all fat percentage, it is very important for us to take care of diet and nutrition because it matters a lot in this case.

Exercise 1: Make Vowel Sounds



These movements target the muscles around the mouth and on the sides of the lips.you can try this anytime and anywhere!

Steps: 
  • Open your mouth wide then say “X,” “O,” followed by “E.”
  • Make sure to pronounce these sounds long and loudly and movements and not show or touch your teeth.
  • Stop and repeat.
  • Perform 3 sets of 15.
Exercise 2: Blow A Balloon

If you're trying to lose face fat then you probably heard about this exercise but to make it more effective we're using different type of balloon.

We're using hot water balloon, which makes this exercise even more harder.

Because you have to blow very hard to blew balloon and because of that your chicks will work more than normal balloon.

If you haven't try any jawline exercise, I suggest you to go with normal balloon because it may be hard for you to blow hot water balloon.

However, both type of balloon will work to sharpen your jawline, the reason behind using different type of balloon is putting some extra resistance so your jawline has to work more to blow that balloon.



Exercise 3: Chin-up

If you're thinking about Chin-up exercise for the back! wait a minute this is not that.

This exercise helps lift the face and chin muscles.

Steps:

  • With your mouth closed, push your lower jaw out and lift your lower lip.
  • You should feel a stretch build just under the chin and in the jawline.
  • Hold the position for 10–15 seconds, then relax.
  • Perform 3 sets of 15.
Exercise 4: Mewing

If you just start searching about best jawline exercise or you're doing facial exercises for a long time, you may heard about this exercise because only few people know about it.

Mewing is all about proper tongue posture. As explained by Dr. Mike Mew.

Here is the basic definition:

"Mewing is simply resting your entire tongue on the roof of your mouth until it becomes an unconscious resting position for your tongue whenever your mouth is closed."

Yes, that’s really it. But it’s a lot easier said than done.

To do mewing correctly you need to have your entire tongue on the roof of your mouth. That includes the back of the tongue, too. 

so your tongue should fit right between your molars. This might even be tiring for you initially since your tongue muscles are too weak. 

If you are mewing correctly, you should feel some pressure in your mid-face, chin, jawline, and palate.
