1. THE PALEO DIET: Well I think you might know this because this diet plan is gaining popularity in weight loss community.
It is also called as Paleolithic diet and caveman diet because this diet plan is based on our ancestor diet plan.
As we know that one of the main reason behind obesity is high sugar level and processed food. this diet plan made for eliminating sugar from your body.
So, the body uses fat as a glycogen and reduce your fat level in your body. As a result, you can see weight loss in your body.

What not to eat?

Paleo Diet plan is high in lean protein and low carbohydrates. so, a body has to use fat as a fuel which reduces your fat layers in your body.
Benefits
- Eliminating Processed foods means calorie-deficit meals which means more nutritious fruit and vegetables.
- very easy to follow in terms of following and calorie counting.
- You can allow some kind of flexibility like you can use natural sugars in your diet.
Downside:
- If you are vegetarian then this diet is not for you because you need to eat lean protein foods.
- This diet plan eliminates dairy and whole grains food and as you know these food groups have a lot of nutritious minerals and vitamin.

However, this diet plan does not have any evidence that it worked because there are no records that what paleolithic man used to eat so more research is needed.

2. The Blood type diet: Some doctors have started to research diets that coincide with particular blood types.
The premise of these diets attempts to match people with their common dietary needs based on their blood type. For example, individuals with type O blood are recommended to eat lots of food that are high in protein.
In order to lose weight, spinach, red meat, seafood, and broccoli are suggested while dairy should be avoided.
Those with type A blood are recommended to avoid meat and place an emphasis on turkey, tofu, and fruit while weight loss is contingent on eating a diet that consists primarily of soy, seafood, and vegetables.
Individuals with type B and AB blood also have their own dietary restrictions and recommendations.
Blood Type B is recommended a balanced diet of meat, dairy products, and vegetables.
Blood Type AB should stick to a vegetarian diet mostly, with inclusions of meat and dairy products sometimes.

3. OMAD Diet: First of all, It's full name is One Meal A day. In this diet, you can eat only one time a day like its name either in the noon or in a night.
This diet is an extended form of the 8-hour diet that is intermittent fasting. Scientists at the university of California believe thay fasting every other day or 2 times in a week can not only help you to lose weight but also improve your health.
Most people follow this diet during dinner time but you can eat according to your convenience. However, sometime dieters also allowed to drink grean tea and black coffee which have a least amount of calories.
This is done for the safety of the dieter because each body responds differently to the same diet plan.

4. The Zone Diet: Like its name, in this diet, you can eat protein, carbs and fats in a certain amount that is Zone wise in every meal.
This diet helps you to reduce iflammation in the body and other health benefits.
Specific ration of nutrients in your diet per meal would be 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.
Carbs should have a low glycemic index, which means they provide a slow suger release into the blood to keep you fuller for a long time.
Proteing should be a lean protein that is high protein ration in food and no carbs and fats.
Fats should be mostly Monounsaturated fats.

6. Fruitarianism Diet: Fruitarianism is a special diet which has a strict diet regime involves only fruits, nuts and seeds avoiding all other food types and substances.
Fruitarians define Fruits that are fleshy, sweet and contain seeds within fruit itself like plums, pomegranate, water melon and so on
This fruits contain a high amount of natural suger and 805 of water content.
Nuts are typically high in natural and healthy fats and protein.
Out of all the fruit type, most popular fruits are apples and oranges because of its availability and wide variety types.
Fruitarians typically start their day with Apples as they are a good source of Fibre, then consuming nuts and berries for lunch and finally seeds and water based fruits for dinner.
